1 person hurt after a motorcycle crash in North Park (San Diego, CA)

On Wednesday, a 28-year-old man suffered injuries following a two-vehicle collision in the North Park area.

As per the initial information, the motorcycle crash was reported a little before 8 p.m. near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and 30th Street. The preliminary investigation showed that a 27-year-old Toyota Prius driver going southbound on 30th Street crashed into the northbound Harley Davidson motorcycle while making a left turn.

The motorcyclist, who hit the front of the Prius, was transported to an area hospital with fractures to his left femur and left ankle. The Prius driver remained unharmed in the accident. The identity of the victim has not been revealed. Officers said that alcohol was not involved in the collision. No other details are immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
