The fatal car accident took place Wednesday afternoon at North Loop Drive and Lee Trevino Drive at around 1:45 p.m. Police confirmed that all the people who died were riding in the SUV. They identified the victims as 69-year-old David Valles who was the driver of the SUV, and the two passengers, including 67-year-old Elia DelaCruz Valles, and a 90-year-old man who is yet to be identified.
