81-Year-Old Norman Cameron Killed In A Bicycle Crash In Tucson (Tucson, AZ)

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department reported a bicycle crash on Wednesday morning in Tucson. The accident occurred in the area of West Misty Hollow Lane and North Coral Ridge Loop, near North La Cholla Boulevard and south of West Overton Road, at around 8 a.m.

According to the officials, a single bicycle was involved in the collision. The bicyclist was headed down the road when the rider fell off the bicycle and hit his head on a rock. He was later taken to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The officials have since identified him as 81-year-old Norman Cameron. 

The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated at this time. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
