75-Year-Old Woman Injured In A Two-Vehicle Crash In Holland Township (Ottawa County, MI)

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on 96th Avenue near Holland Street in Holland Township at 12:30 p.m. on September 20. 

An Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputy reported that a 56-year-old Zeeland man was driving a pickup truck pulling a trailer south. At the same time, a 75-year-old West Olive woman was traveling east on New Holland Street. 

The West Olive woman failed to stop at a red sign and pulled out in front of the pickup truck. 

The 75-year-old was taken to the area hospital in critical condition. The man refused medical aid at the crash scene. 

Additional information regarding the crash is currently unavailable. An investigation into the crash is under review.
