75-year-old Stephan T. Regan from Zillah died in I-82 crash near Yakima exit (Yakima, WA)

The Washington State Patrol has identified 75-year-old Stephan T. Regan from Zillah, who lost his life in a fatal accident on I-82.

As per troopers, Stephan T. Regan was traveling east on I-82 when his vehicle went off the roadway and crashed into the cable barrier just before exit 34.

The incident took place just after 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Troopers said that the accident involved no other vehicle. WSP says Regan died at the scene.

However, a 75-year-old woman who was a passenger in the vehicle did not cope any injuries in the wreck.

Also, troopers say that they are trying to determine the cause of single-vehicle crash.

Additionally, troopers told that both individuals were wearing their seatbelts.
