According to the Terrell Police, a multi-vehicle accident was reported on Monday.
The officials stated that a Rowlett resident, 74-year-old Dulu Paul Boyd was killed after a chain of crashes.
The investigation report stated that a gray 2013 Ford F-150 driven by a resident of Forney had a medical issue and struck a black 2014 Ram 1500.
The Ford F-150 continue onto the center divider and entered the intersection of State Highway 34 and struck a black 2022 Kia Telluride driven by Boyd.
Officials transported Boyd to Baylor Scott & White emergency room in Forney where he was declared dead by the officials.
Officials revealed that occupants of the Ram truck were taken to the hospital with possible injuries.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Terrell Police.
