72 Year-Old Man Killed In A Pedestrian Accident In Arlington (Arlington, TX)

The Arlington Police Department reported a pedestrian accident on Thursday just before 10.30 pm. The news release from the authorities stated that an unidentified 72-year-old man was struck by a car while attempting to cross N. Fielder Road. The impact caused him to be thrown into the air, and he landed in the left lane of traffic. Another vehicle proceeded to strike the victim, resulting in his death. 

The news release further stated that the man was not using a crosswalk at the time of the accident.

The investigation into the fatal collision is ongoing. There are no other details available at this time.
