The New Mexico State Police responded to a fatal rollover crash in Quay County near Tucumcari.
The victim was identified as 71-year-old Earl Kemmer from Dexter, New Mexico.
Kenner was driving a Jeep Wrangler North when the high-speed Jeep veered off the roadway, went airborne across Highway 54, and rolled over.
According to the police, Kenner was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.
He sustained fatal injuries from the crash.
The crash appears to be caused by alcohol.
The crash is being investigated by New Mexico State police.
