Authorities in the Lancaster area are seeking the public’s assistance after a hit-and-run accident claimed the life of a man in his 70s. The tragic event unfolded around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on 10th Street west, north of Avenue H, as reported by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The victim was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene, while details regarding his identity remain undisclosed. According to preliminary investigations, the man was struck by an unidentified vehicle traveling southbound on 10th Street West towards Avenue H.
