70-Year-Old Man Killed In A Hit-And-Run Accident In Chelan County (Chelan County, WA)

The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office reported a hit-and-run accident on Thursday morning. The accident occurred near the intersection of Stemlit Creek Road and the Malaga-Alcoa Highway just after midnight. 

According to the officials, a man and a vehicle were involved in a collision. According to witnesses, the man was struck by the vehicle before the vehicle fled the scene. The driver fled north towards Wenatchee. 

The man was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased victim is not yet known at this time pending notification of the family. 

The officials have given out a description of the vehicle involved in the fatal crash – a 2010 or newer model blue Honda sedan with damage to its passenger side. There are no other details available at this time.
