On Monday, a 70-year-old man was injured after getting hit by a truck on Chestnut Avenue near Kings Canyon Road.
As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian accident took place on Chestnut Avenue, close to Kings Canyon Road. The preliminary reports showed that a truck struck a 70-year-old man who was waiting at a bus stop.
On arrival, medical personnel immediately took the victim to CRMC in serious condition. On the other hand, the truck driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. The identity of the injured pedestrian remains undisclosed at this time. No other details are available.
