The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office reported a motor vehicle accident on Saturday night. The accident occurred at the 5400 block of Winscott Plover Road at around 6 p.m.
According to the officials, two motorcycles were involved in a collision. The events leading up to the crash are not entirely clear at this time.
Both drivers were critically injured and rushed to local hospitals for treatment. Unfortunately, one of them succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The officials have since identified the victim as 70-year-old Charles Marshall Tolleson.
The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated at this time. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
