According to the Laredo Police Department, a fatal crash was reported on Monday evening in Laredo. Officials confirmed that three siblings died due to the multi-vehicle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred near the intersection of Cuatro Vientos and Agua-Nieve Drive. The deceased siblings were identified as 6-year-old Sofia Rocha, 9-year-old Mauricio Rocha and 6-year-old Sofia Rocha.
The Rocha siblings were travelling in a Chevy Traverse SUV when the vehicle was involved in a wreck with two other vehicles. The cause of the collision is yet to be determined.
The crash continues to be investigated by the LPD. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
