The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported a motor vehicle accident that killed a 68-year-old man in Calabasas on Saturday. The victim later has been identified by the Medical Examiner’s Office as Eric Hamermesh.
On Saturday at around 2:40 p.m., Eric Hamermesh was killed at the moment when he was pinned between two vehicles while exiting the parking lot in the 26400 block of Rondell Street, said the authorities.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
