In a tragic incident in Napa County, authorities have identified the victim of Tuesday’s fatal crash. Bobby Patton, a 67-year-old resident of Winters, lost his life when his three-wheeled motorcycle collided with a dump truck. This occurred on State Route 128.
The motor vehicle accident occurred as Patton’s Tri Glide veered into the eastbound lane during a right turn near Wragg Canyon Road, reported California Highway Patrol spokesperson Gary Talaugon.
The collision prompted Patton’s ejection from the vehicle. He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel at 3:47 p.m., confirmed Napa County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Henry Wofford.
Fortunately, the truck driver and passenger emerged from the crash unharmed.
