In Texarkana, Texas, a fatal crash occurred on Monday, December 18, around 7:20 p.m., resulting in the death of Linda Reed, 66, from Texarkana. The Texarkana Texas Police Department reported that the collision involved three cars.
Reed, driving west on E 9th Street, was attempting to cross Stateline Avenue when the multi-vehicle accident happened. Two other cars travelling south on Stateline collided, causing damage to all three vehicles.
Reed was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. She was later identified by the officials. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are yet to determine if speeding was a factor. The Texarkana Texas Police Department is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
