The California Highway Patrol reported a motor vehicle collision that killed a 65-year-old man in Lebec on Sunday. According to the officials, a single vehicle was involved in the collision.
Approximately at 12:39 a.m., a 65-year-old man driving on Interstate 5, Lebec Service Road, was involved in a collision that led his vehicle to topple down. The man was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
