According to the Texarkana Texas Police Department, a fatal crash occurred in Texarkana on Friday.
The crash happened on the 2100 block of State Line Avenue at around 10 p.m.
According to the Police, a truck traveling northbound on State Line collided with a southbound car.
A 63-year-old Marolin Gardner, the victim, was pronounced dead after the collision.
According to the officials, 42-year-old Christopher Telles, traveling in a 2015 Dodge Ram truck was identified as the suspect.
The suspect was charged with intoxication and manslaughter after the crash.
No additional information regarding the motor vehicle crash was provided by the Deputies.
