According to the Spring Valley Medical Examiner’s Office, a 63-year-old man, identified as Dale Alan Pumphrey, was killed in a motor vehicle collision on Monday. The accident occurred on southbound Humphrey Route 125.
According to the officials, two vehicles were involved in the crash. Pumphrey was driving a white 2014 Hino Flatbed tow truck on the southbound lanes when he was suddenly struck by a Sedan Prius. Dale Alan Pumphrey was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
