62-Year-Old Man Killed In A Motor Vehicle Accident In Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA)

The California Highway Patrol reported a motor vehicle accident that killed a 62-year-old motorcyclist in Santa Cruz on Saturday. The accident occurred on Highway 1 at Dimeo Lane at around 2:04 p.m. 

According to the officials, two vehicles were involved in a collision. A red 2008 Victory Vision and a White 2003 Toyota Tundra collided with each other. The events leading up to this are not entirely clear at this time. 

The driver of the motorcycle was fatally injured and was pronounced dead right away. The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
