Local police authorities reported a motor vehicle accident in central Phoenix on February 1. The crash occurred near 16th Street and Missouri Avenue at approximately 7 a.m. on Feb. 1.
According to the reports, the incident involved a single vehicle colliding with a cement irrigation box. Upon arrival, the Phoenix Fire Department discovered 61-year-old Mark Miller suffering from serious injuries. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to the hospital, the victim succumbed to his injuries.
The cause of the fatal crash remains under investigation. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. There are no other details available at this time.
