60-year-old Stefanie Beltran died after a two-vehicle accident in Riverside (Riverside, CA)

Authorities identified 60-year-old Stefanie Beltran, from Perris, as the woman who lost her life after a two-vehicle accident Tuesday in Riverside.

The fatal car accident took place at around 8 a.m. on northbound Interstate 215, just south of Spruce Street. The investigation reports showed that Beltran’s sedan was involved in a collision with a pickup truck in the fast lane.

Beltran was declared dead at the scene by Riverside Fire Department paramedics. The other driver, whose identity was not disclosed, remained unharmed in the accident. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear. Two northbound lanes were closed down for over four hours while crews worked at the scene. No other details are available.

An investigation is ongoing.
