6 people injured after a three-vehicle wreck in San Francisco (San Francisco, CA)

Six people received injuries after a wreck Saturday in San Francisco.

As per the initial information, the multi-vehicle accident took place at about 11 a.m. on Lombard and Fillmore streets. According to the eyewitnesses, a GMC Yukon Denali was speeding in the Marina District when it plowed into a Muni bus, and the impact pushed the SUV into another car.

Two victims sustained critical injuries, two had moderate injuries and two incurred minor injuries. A suspect driver was reportedly arrested. The Muni driver was among those injured as well as some bus passengers. The front of the SUV was crushed and its windows shattered due to the collision. No other details are made available.

An investigation is ongoing.
