According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a 56-year-old man was killed in a motor vehicle crash that occurred in San Pedro on Monday. Later, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner identified the victim as Joseph Koska.
Roughly at 11:05 p.m., near Paseo Del Mar and Meyler Street, Joseph’s body was discovered on the shoreline with his damaged vehicle. The vehicle was fastened between huge rocks. When the officers arrived at the location, they pronounced Joseph dead.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
