55-year-old Kimberly Hartman dead after her vehicle slammed into a tree in Oakland County (Addison Township, MI)

On Monday, 55-year-old Kimberly Hartman, of Leonard, lost her life following a traffic accident in Oakland County.

As per the initial information, the fatal single-vehicle crash took place at 5:26 a.m. on Lake George Road near Drahner Road in Addison Township. The early reports showed that Kimberly Hartman was driving a 2007 Ford F-150 south on Lake George Road when the pickup drifted off the roadway and crashed into a tree.

Hartman suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials. She was not buckled up at the time of the collision. Alcohol and drugs did not seem to be involved in the accident. No further details were provided.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
