54-Year-Old David K Kahlberg Was Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Ventura County (Ventura County, CA)

The California Highway Patrol reported a multi-vehicle accident that occurred in Ventura County on Monday. The officials confirmed that one person was killed in the accident. According to the officials, the deceased victim was identified as 54-year-old David K. Kahlberg of Camarillo.

At around  6:50 a.m. on Highway 118 west of Walnut Avenue, CHP officials said in a release that the area involved in the accident was east of Mesa School Road amid agricultural fields north of Camarillo. 

According to CHP Officer Jorge Alfaro, the victim had been riding a 2005 Yamaha FJR 1300 westbound on the 118 at the time. A 48-year-old Fillmore man was driving westbound, ahead of the motorcycle, in a 2007 Toyota Camry sedan. The two vehicles collided.

The authorities are still investigating the fatal crash. There are no other details available at this time.
