A fatal three-vehicle wreck on Interstate 10 in Orange County claimed the lives of an Orange man and a Houston woman, according to authorities. The crash occurred near the 861-mile marker on Interstate Highway 10 East. 

At around 11:15 a.m., a 2021 Ram 1500 traveling west in the eastbound lane collided head-on with a 2016 Ram 2500, causing a subsequent collision with a 2023 Nissan Murano. The driver of the 2016 Ram pickup, identified as 62-year-old Javier Munoz, sustained life-threatening injuries.

His passenger, 53-year-old Dolores Munoz, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the 2021 Ram, 60-year-old James Wyatt, was also pronounced dead at the scene. Identification of the Nissan occupants is pending.
