50-year-old Cynthia Earley and 52-year-old Larry Earley dead after a crash on Norris Freeway (Anderson County, TN)

Authorities identified 50-year-old Cynthia Earley and 52-year-old Larry Earley, both from Heiskell, as the victims who lost their lives following a traffic collision Wednesday afternoon on Norris Freeway.

As per the initial information, the fatal two-vehicle crash took place on U.S. Highway 441 at the Hinds Creek Road intersection in Anderson County. The early reports showed that the man and woman were in a car making a left turn onto the freeway. The car failed to yield to traffic before a pickup truck smashed into it at an angle.

Both occupants of the car were buckled up at the time of the collision. The driver of the truck, who was the only occupant, remained unharmed in the accident. No additional information has been provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
