According to the Washington State Patrol, a multi-vehicle collision was reported on Saturday night.
Officials stated that four vehicles were involved in the crash.
The investigation revealed that a gray 2020 Chevrolet Equinox was heading eastbound on US 2 when the Chevrolet crossed the center line and hit a red 2017 Toyota in the opposite lane.
At the same time, a group of motorcycles were traveling from Mexico and got hit by the Toyota.
Officials reported that Jose Niebles-Lopez, 55, and his passenger 50-year-old Aurora Manriquez were rushed to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee via helicopter.
The second motorcycle was driven by David Ramirez along with his passenger Maria Casillas Bojurquez was taken to Cascade Medical Center with minor injuries.
Officials reported that the driver of the Chevrolet suffered minor injuries from the crash.
