According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a multi-vehicle accident was reported in Cleburne on Friday.
The officials reported that the crash took place on the U.S. 67.
Sgt. Willian Lockridge reported that A 2018 Honda Accord driven by 48-year-old Jennifer Walker collided head-on with a 2022 Hyndau Palisade driven by Jessica Watson, 31.
The officials stated that both drivers were following the safety protocols at the time of the accident.
The officials reported that Walker was pronounced dead at the scene.
Watson was transported to Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth with non-life-threatening injuries.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was released.
