According to the Menifee Police Department, a fatal pedestrian accident that took place in Menifee killed a 47-year-old man, identified as Timothy George, on Monday.
At around 10:20 p.m., Timothy George walking on McFall Boulevard, east of Sherman Road was struck by a Honda Sedan that was approaching from the east.
Timothy was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The officials have not disclosed any details regarding the vehicle involved in the collision.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
