On Monday, 47-year-old Soe M Aung, a resident of Pasco, suffered injuries following a rollover accident on I-182.
As per the initial information, a tanker truck carrying water overturned near the Broadmoor Boulevard exit off Interstate 182. Callers saw the tanker drift off the highway a little before 5 p.m., knocking out road signs.
On arrival, medics transported the driver, Soe M Aung, to Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco for treatment of his injuries. Officials cited Aung for following too close to another vehicle when he lost control traveling east and went off the interstate.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
