The Texas Department of Public Safety reported a motor vehicle accident in Marshall on Friday night. The accident occurred on Interstate 20, around a mile west of Marshall at 7 p.m. 

According to the officials, a single vehicle was involved in the collision. A 2004 Ford F-150 was headed east on the highway when the driver failed to stay in a single line. This caused it to veer right off the road and then the driver overcorrected to the left. This caused to vehicle to roll over. 

The driver of the vehicle was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The officials have identified the victim as 47-year-old Billy R. Warren jr. 

The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated by the officials. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
