The California Highway Patrol reported a motor vehicle crash on Pacoima freeway on Thursday morning. The accident happened at the transition to the Northbound Ronald Reagan Freeway at around 12:10 a.m.
According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office, San Fernando resident and 46-year-old Michael Servera Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene after getting fatally injured in the crash.
It is unsure what caused the cash and how it happened. The events leading up to the accident are not yet known at this time. Whether drugs or alcohol were involved is yet to be found by the authorities.
The fatal crash is being investigated by the officials. Other details regarding the deadly crash are not available currently.
