46-year-old Frederick Coleman and 2 others injured after a vehicle crashed into MARTA bus stop (College Park, GA)

On Saturday afternoon, 46-year-old Frederick Coleman and two others suffered injuries after a vehicle collided with a MARTA bus stop in College Park.

As per the initial information, the single-vehicle crash took place on Old National Highway at Sullivan Road. The early reports showed that a Chevrolet Equinox skipped a curb and crashed into the MARTA bus stop on Old National Highway. The vehicle also struck two people who were waiting for the bus.

On arrival, emergency crews transported both the pedestrians to Grady Memorial Hospital in unknown condition. The driver later identified as 46-year-old Frederick Coleman was taken to Atlanta Medical Center for treatment. It is unclear if any charges will be filed. No other details are made available.

An investigation is ongoing.
