Louisiana State Police responded to an ATV crash that claimed a life. The crash happened on Tuesday, Nov. 15, on LA 960 north of LA 63 in Clinton.
The victim was identified as 45-year-old Gregory Kent.
According to LSP Troop A, Kent was driving in a 2008 Honda Foreman 500 ATV north on LA 960 when it went off the road, and hit a culvert. Kent was ejected from his ATV and hit a utility pole. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Kent was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a helmet during the crash.
A routine toxicology sample was obtained and sent for analysis.
The crash is being investigated.
