According to the California Highway Patrol, a hit-and-run accident occurred in Laguna Beach on Friday. The crash happened on the South Coast Highway near Mountain Road.
According to the investigators, an unknown sedan and a 45-year-old were involved in the collision. The officials stated that the woman was struck by an unknown sedan while attempting to cross the highway.
A 45-year-old Eve Amanda-Corinne was identified as the woman who suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead.
According to the deputies, it is unclear what caused the crash and if drugs or alcohol were a factor involved. Additional information regarding the fatal crash is not available currently.
