The Stockton Police Department reported that a motor vehicle crash occurred in Stockton and claimed the life of a 44-year-old woman on Saturday.
At around 4:00 p.m., a vehicle traveling eastbound on W Fremont Street and North Harrison Street, Weber Square, rammed into another vehicle. The 44-year-old female passenger was rushed to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
