Authorities identified 44-year-old Charles Grisham, from Odessa as the man who lost his life following a rear-end crash Friday morning in Ector County.
As per the initial information, the fatal traffic collision took place on FM 866 at FM 2020. The preliminary reports showed that Grisham’s vehicle struck the back of a truck tractor with a trailer stopped in the southbound lane of FM 866 waiting to turn east onto FM 2020.
Grisham was declared dead at the scene by the officials. The driver of the other vehicle remained unharmed in the wreck. The cause of the crash remains unknown at this time. No other information is available.
An investigation is ongoing.
