43-year-old Spencer Harris of Canton, MS received injuries after being hit by a vehicle Monday night in Texarkana.
As per the initial information, Texarkana police actively responded to the 5300 block of North Stateline Ave. near the Waffle House after getting reports of a pedestrian crash at about 6:00 p.m. Monday. The preliminary reports showed that a car traveling southbound hit 43-year-old Spencer Harris while he was walking back to his truck after dinner.
He had head trauma and broken ribs and was rushed to the hospital. He is expected to survive. No citations have been issued. No other details have been provided by the officials.
An investigation is ongoing.
