On Sunday night, 43-year-old Sergio Campos, a motorcyclist, received serious injuries in a DUI accident on Burlington Boulevard near the Skagit River.
As per the initial information, the motorcycle crash took place at around 11:15 p.m. on Burlington Boulevard. The preliminary investigation revealed that 43-year-old Sergio Campos was heading southbound on a sports bike when he lost control and struck the median.
On arrival, first responders rushed the victim to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with serious injuries. Officials believe that drugs or alcohol played a part in the accident. No other details are immediately available.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
