41-Year-Old Man Died In A Motor Vehicle Crash In Bothell (Bothell, WA)

The Washington State Department of Transportation reported a motor vehicle crash in Bothell on Tuesday.

The accident occurred just before the Bothell Everett Highway/ State Route 527. It was first reported at 4:25 a.m. 

According to the officials, a Kia had struck the barrier on the right side of the highway and bounced back into traffic. This caused two other vehicles to crash into it. 

The driver of the Kia then got out of the vehicle before he was struck by a semi-truck. He incurred critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was only identified as a 41-year-old man. There are no other details regarding his identity available. 

The fatal crash is being investigated by the officials. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. There are no other details available at this time.
