A tragic car crash on Frontage Road near Dawn Road in Rosamond claimed the life of a man and involved a 4-year-old girl on Monday morning, as reported by the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The man, aged 40 and from Mojave, was driving southbound on Frontage Road with the young girl in a pickup truck. The collision occurred when their vehicle collided head-on with a tractor-trailer driven by Jose Sibrianrosa, 68, from San Fernando, who was traveling north on Frontage Road.
The man was rushed to Antelope Valley Hospital, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. The girl sustained minor injuries and was also treated at the same hospital. Fortunately, Sibrianrosa escaped the collision without injuries. The investigation into the crash is ongoing as authorities work to determine the exact circumstances that led to this tragic and fatal incident.
