In a tragic incident at the Mall of Georgia in March, a 4-year-old girl was struck and killed by a pickup truck in the parking lot. The officials have since identified her as Abigail Hernandez. According to Gwinnett County Police, the teen driver involved will not face criminal charges. 

The investigation concluded that the 18-year-old driver was not driving recklessly at the time of the accident. He was not impaired by drugs or alcohol and did not flee the scene, factors that would typically warrant charges.

The officials have not disclosed the identity of the driver at this time. There are no other details available.
