According to the California Highway Patrol, a fatal crash was reported on Thursday night in Los Angeles. Officials confirmed that four people died due to the motor vehicle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred near the Slauson Avenue off-ramp. The driver of an Infiniti sedan missed the Slauson off-ramp. As a result of this, the vehicle spun out of control, hit a sound wall and burst into flames.
The four occupants of the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. The identities of the deceased persons are pending release.
Other insights pertaining to the collision are yet to be determined. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. The crash continues to be investigated by the CHP.
