According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a multi-vehicle accident was reported on Sunday morning.
The officials stated that the crash happened on Highway 259 North near Henderson at around 3 a.m.
The officials reported that 53-year-old Moises Rocha-Vanegas and 35-year-old Rosa Rodriguez from Kilgore along with Jesse Mueller, 29, and a male juvenile were pronounced dead following the crash.
In the crash, three Henderson ISD students were also injured. The DPS stated that one of them is suffering life-threatening injuries.
The Department of Public Safety is examing the cause of the fatal crash.
