Four people, including a 9-year-old girl received injuries following a wreck Friday evening in Phoenix.

As per the initial information, the multi-vehicle pile-up took place at about 5 p.m. on Interstate 10 near 16th street. The early reports showed that a box truck and three cars were involved in the collision. Due to the crash, the box truck flipped over and ended up on passenger’s side, blocking multiple lanes.

A 9-year-old girl and a man in his 50s were rushed to the hospital with critical injuries. A man and a woman were also transported to the hospital in stable condition. A crunched up white car was also found in front of the SUV. No other details are available.

The wreck remains under review.
