On Sunday afternoon, four people, including two infants suffered injuries following a traffic collision in South Phoenix.

As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident took place at 19th Avenue and Baseline Road. The early reports showed that two vehicles crashed into each other for reasons that are yet to be known. On arrival, emergency responders rushed two children to a pediatric hospital while the adults were transported to a trauma center.

One of the infants sustained life-threatening injuries while the other three victims are expected to be fine. The identities of the injured victims have not been revealed. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time. No other details are made available.

The incident remains under investigation.
