On Sunday night, four people were hospitalized after a traffic collision in Green Valley.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle collision took place at Nogales Highway and Abrego Drive. GVFD crews actively responded to the scene just before 8 p.m. on Oct. 31 and, on arrival, found three Tubac residents, including an adult and two children, needing advanced life support.
Paramedics then stabilized the patients at the scene, and later took all three to a trauma center in Tucson. The driver of the second vehicle, a resident of Sahuarita, was shifted to another hospital with minimal injuries. The cause of the crash remains unknown.
An investigation is ongoing.
