39-Year-Old Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Sonora (Sonora, CA)

According to the California Highway Patrol, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Sonora on Thursday. The crash happened on Highway 108 west of Draper Mine Road at around 5 p.m. 

According to the investigators, a Ram 2500 truck, a Kia, and a Ford F350 truck were involved in the collision. The officials stated that the Ram truck driver was intoxicated and struck the Kia and a Ford. 

A 39-year-old Kia driver suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Sonora Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person. 

According to the reports, it is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
